A superb Painting in the true literati tradition by Fujimoto Tesseki enclosed in a double wood box annotated by Yano Kyoson (1890-1965, using the art name Koshin-an). The ink and light color on paper scene is mounted between ichimonji of squirrels in vines set into a brass colored field of silk patterned with arabesque florals and features huge Zogei rollers. The scroll is 30 x 88-1/2 inches (76 x 224 cm) and is in overall very good condition...
