A set of ten plates made by Haku-un and decorated by Nanga artist Ueda Tangai enclosed in the original wooden box titled TangaiGa Kashizara (Sweets dishes decorated by Tangai). Each dish bears a unique seasonal floral motif. The box is signed Heian Haku-un Zo (made by Haku-un of Kyoto) with a second signature line reading hand painted in the Summer of 1923 followed by Motai (the given name of Ueda Tangai)  Each dish is roughly 14 cm (5-1/2 inches) diameter and all are in fine condition...

A set of four Tokonoma alcove doors mounted with silk paintings featuring a flight of birds before the waxing moon. They are signed Shunka-saku followed by a Hashira style stamp. Each door is roughly 29 x 47 cm (inches). The doors are mounted in black lacquer with excellent quality hand-forged bronze handles. They are made to fit an opening 28 x 186 cm (inches) indicating they were made for a Kyo-ma sized house...

A exquisite chisel of hand forged suminagashi steel signed Chiyoryu and a carving knife signed Akifusa enclosed in a signed wooden box . The Chisel has a hardwood handle carved with a dragon and signed Naritaka. The chisel is 25 inches (63 cm) long. The knife is 27 inches (68 cm) long and both are in excellent condition. A small bronze koro incense burner of circular design like the famous dragon ball, supplanted by that creature, and supported on three small bun feet on a fine carved rosewood stand and enclosed in the original signed wooden box dating from the early Showa period (1930s). It is roughly 6 inches (14.5 cm) tall and in excellent condition. A bronze okimono of a hawk By Serikawa Ryoho sold at Bonnhams in 2010 for 2,880 pounds (4,287 USD).

A large Murashido Bronze Vase by Hannya Kankei enclosed in the original signd wooden box. It is 10-1/2 inches (27 cm) tall and in fine condition, weighing 2.8 kg (6 lbs).
Kankei was first exhibited at the 16th Nihon Dento Kogei-ten in 1969. Two years later he moved to displaying with the same organization but in there metal arts exhibition, and has garnered much acclaim and a number of awards there. He is also contracted by the Imperial Household agency.

A chawan tea bowl of open form by Ito Tozan decorated with bamboo and the characters Pure Wind by Buddhist Priest Yamazaki Taiko. It is 5-1/2 inches (14 cm) diameter, 2-1/2 inches (6 cm) tall. There is one hairline crack leading from the rim (see close-up photos).

Pines in the Rimpa style grow on the folded surface of this fan painted by Kamisaka Sekka and enclosed in the original signed wooden box, retaining the original paper binding on the fan itself. It is 12 inches (30 cm) long folded, and in excellent condition.
